Sausage making class!
Sunday, January 27th 10am-1pm $50
Learn the fundamentals of making successful sausages from our butcher, Andrea. This is a hands on class, with recipes, tips and sausages to take home and taste in class. Call 231-421-1218 or stop by the shop to reserve your spot. Limited seats are available. Reservations must be made by Saturday January 19th.
We love cookbooks, so during the winter months, we will be hosting a few cookbook dinners featuring our favorite books. Our first dinner will feature one of Andrea’s favorite books, Cooking By Hand by Paul Bertolli. Join us for a multi course dinner featuring recipes from this iconic and beautiful book on Saturday, February 9th at 6pm. Tickets are $60. Call 231-421-1218 or stop by the shop to sign up.

Join us for the fifth season of Soup and Bread, a monthly charity event founded and organized by our butcher and co-owner Andrea. Join us for soup from great area restaurants, bread from Common Good Bakery and donate what you can for a great cause!
