Happy Winter!

Things have been pretty busy around the shop, especially for the wintertime, so thank you all for that. Hopefully your holidays were cheery and relaxing, and that everyone is happy to be back to normal. We have some events coming up that we wanted to let y’all know about, so here goes…

Celery root soup with toasted almonds
Shaved fennel, orange and kalamata olive salad
Roasted Cauliflower, chimichurri, grana padano and toasted pine nuts

Cassoulet ~ White bean stew with toulouse sausage, topped with breadcrumbs
Meatballs stuffed with mozzarella, served with lentils and collard greens stewed in tomato sauce
